1) Urge them to have the Orange County Animal Care Center REINSTATE the Trap-Neuter-Return / Return-To-Home program for Community Cats.

2) Tell them that it's unacceptable that 81% of cats brought to the OC Animal Care Center are killed.

3) Tell them that the Bar Association's Legal Position is that Trap-Neuter-Return / Return-To-Home programs for Community Cats are not considered Animal Abandonment because Community Cat programs were not considered when abadonment laws were written and there is no "intent" to abandon an animal that is already living outdoors on its own.
