If your cat needs to be spayed/neutered, we suggest using AMPM Spay and Neuter in Norwalk. Their fee is $95 for a spay, BUT if you apply for a voucher from the Peter Zippi Foundation it will only cost you $25. The voucher will cover $70

and apply for a voucher at the bottom of the page. 
It says for LA Residents only, but they will give OC Residents vouchers.

Animal Allies - 714-964-4445 - Contact to get Spay/Neuters vouchers. There are local vets that take the vouchers and the organizations can provide you with a list of which vets take the vouchers.

The Riverside Shelter at 6851 Van Buren Blvd, Jurupa Valley - 951-358-7336 may have free spay/neuter for TNR community/stray cats. You can call to make an appointment for 2 cats per day, Monday through Friday. Cats must be in traps. They do also take walk-ins from 10 am - 12 pm but only take a total of 5 walk-ins per day so it is best to get there before 10 am to secure a spot.
